I can't get Isaiah Luckett's case out of my mind. I was thinking about how close the area of his murder is to a lot of small businesses and local hangouts around Neal Avenue and West Washington Street. It seems like a busy area, and I wonder if anyone might have noticed something unusual that night or if there were any security cameras that could have captured the scene.
It's a real community over there, and it's hard to believe no one has come forward with more information. Knowing that Isaiah was not the type to carry weapons and was dealing with mental health issues makes this tragedy even more senseless. I can't imagine how his grandmother Effie must feel, having raised him and then losing him this way.
