Hi everyone, I've been following Tuan Anh Nguyen's case and something that stands out to me is how this tragic event occurred during such a short and intense wave of violence in Indianapolis. What’s particularly concerning is how these cases seem to show a pattern of violence that surfaces and then fades without resolution, at least in terms of bringing the perpetrators to justice.
