I’ve been following Angela Mae Jeff’s case for a while now and something keeps bugging me. I stumbled upon an old newspaper article from the late 70s that briefly mentioned the incident where Angela's jaw was fractured. It was so casually stated, just a small paragraph buried in the back, without any follow-up or deeper investigation into the boyfriend. Given the circumstances of her life and the time, I can't help but wonder if her disappearance was dismissed by the media back then because of systemic biases against Native American women. It’s frustrating to think that crucial early leads may have been missed or ignored. Has anyone else come across old records or articles that might have been overlooked or misinterpreted? Every bit can help, especially with cases like this that seem to have just slipped through the cracks.

Hey everyone, I was going through old cases and stumbled across Angela Mae Jeff's disappearance from 1979. It's so odd how certain details never seem to add up completely. Like, does anyone else find it strange that Angela's boyfriend skipped town to Mexico right after she was reported missing? I mean, it's definitely suspicious, but how did he think he could just vanish without anyone looking into it further? It’s not like he disappeared in the era of social media, but still—going to a different country is a pretty bold move. It's like he knew something was up, or maybe he was scared? I can't shake the feeling that there's more to uncover about his actions back then. Thoughts or theories, anyone?
