I’ve been following Julian Valdez Fernandez’s case and something that's been on my mind is the community's role in all of this. It’s times like these that really show how vital community cooperation is in seeking justice.
I can't help but think about how Julian was just out playing soccer with his friends, probably having a good time, when this senseless violence struck. It’s so important for those who might have seen something or know something, no matter how small, to come forward. This could provide the missing piece that helps the investigation move forward.

I'm deeply saddened by the senseless loss of Julian Valdez Fernandez. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends are going through. I've been reading through the discussions and something that's been on my mind is how the community seems to be pulling together in the wake of this tragedy. There have been mentions of local vigils and support groups forming to honor Julian's memory and support his family. It's moving to see people come together to try and bring some comfort and maybe even some justice.
Has anyone here attended one of these gatherings or heard anything about them? It seems like an important way for people to show they care and to stand against the violence that took Julian away. Keeping his memory alive and supporting his family is something I think we can all agree on.
