I was reading about Kim’s case and got curious about the Cloverleaf itself. Does anyone know if there were any reported issues with the vessel before the accident? Sometimes older boats can have hidden problems that aren’t obvious until they’re out on the water. Just wondering if anyone looked into the maintenance records or any previous accidents involving the Cloverleaf. Anyone else ever consider this side of it?
Does anyone have info on the Cloverleaf's condition at the time of the accident? I’ve been digging around and can't seem to find anything about whether the boat had any history of mechanical trouble or if the weather that day might've been a factor. I feel like understanding more about the boat itself could give us some clarity. Plus, if anyone here has ever been out fishing around Sutwick Island during early April, I'd love to hear more about what it's usually like out there. Any insights would be really appreciated!
