It’s just so sad to think about how young Katrina was and all the potential she had in front of her. I've been following this case, and what really hits home for me is the loss of such a creative spirit. I read that she loved art, cooking, and music. It makes you wonder what she could have accomplished if given the chance to fulfill her dreams of becoming a cosmetologist. Has anyone else delved into the vigil that was held for her? I think it speaks volumes about the impact she had on her community. The fact that so many gathered to honor her memory shows how loved she was. It’s heartbreaking that her life was cut short under such tragic circumstances. I hope the police get the information they need so her family can find some sense of peace. Sending all my love to them.

I’ve been following Katrina Strowder’s case and something that’s been on my mind is the release of the suspect after questioning. I get that the justice system needs solid evidence, but it's so unsettling to think they had someone in custody and then let them go. Given that it’s known she knew the shooter, it makes me wonder about possible motives or if there are people too scared to come forward with information. The vigil for her showed how loved she was—a bright young girl with so much ahead of her. I truly hope people are brave enough to speak up so her family can find some measure of peace. If anyone else has thoughts on this or similar experiences, let’s talk. We need to keep her memory alive and ensure justice is served.
