I can't help but feel for Ozell Williams' family and community. Being a resident of Indy myself, I know how closely knit some neighborhoods are, and it's just devastating to see violence strike like this. I keep thinking about the area around 12th and Illinois streets. It's typically bustling, especially in the afternoons. How is it that no one saw anything?
If you were nearby or have any info at all, please consider reaching out to the authorities. Sometimes even the smallest detail can make a difference. Has anyone else wondered about the lack of details in Ozell Williams' case? It's been over a year now, and we still don't have any updates or leads being publicized. It’s so frustrating that this case hasn’t seen much progress. I can only imagine the pain his family must be feeling, not having any closure or answers.
I was thinking about how important surveillance footage could be, especially with it being a busy area like 12th and Illinois streets.
