What sticks with me is how Daniel had originally hailed from Buffalo. Moving to a new city and making such a huge commitment to serving and protecting your adopted community is truly commendable. I feel like it shows a lot about his character and dedication. Wondering if there are any local initiatives in Buffalo or Virginia Beach that honor his legacy? It would be great if both communities have ways to remember such a brave soul who was taken too soon.
