Does anyone else find it chilling that Richard's car was almost set on fire during this case? It seems like a desperate move to destroy evidence. I can't help but wonder what else Sheppard might have been trying to cover up. Why target the car specifically? Was there something left behind that could have provided more answers? My heart really goes out to the Rosenbluth family and everyone who knew them. It’s terrifying how drugs and violence intertwined to take the lives of Rebecca and Richard. I hope the community has found some peace, but this case shows how the ripple effects of such violence continue long after the investigation ends. Anyone have more insights into the significance of the car fire attempt?

Has anyone else looked into the potential involvement of Benji Vaughan in the Rosenbluth murders? I've been going over the details again, and Sheppard kept insisting during his appeals that Vaughan was the actual triggerman. I understand that the jury found Sheppard's fingerprints and possession of the murder weapon quite compelling, but I'm curious if there was any further investigation into Vaughan's role after the trial wrapped up. It's really unsettling to think there might be unanswered questions when it comes to such a tragic loss. I can't even begin to imagine what Rebecca and Richard's families went through and how this case must still weigh on them, knowing they might never get complete closure. If anyone has more info or insights about Vaughan's alleged involvement, I'd love to hear it to better understand why the focus remained primarily on Sheppard and Graham.
