Has anyone else looked into the last known movements of Carlos Demetries Hill before his tragic passing in 1994? It seems like there's so little information about where he was or who he might have been with that day. I feel for his family and those close to him, as not knowing must be incredibly difficult. If any locals remember anything from that time, even the smallest details might help. It's a long shot after all these years, but sometimes it's those small bits of information that can spark a new lead. Also, does anyone know if there were any similar incidents in Chesapeake around that time? Hoping someday soon, there will be answers for Carlos and those who loved him.
