Has anyone else been thinking about the impact that Mr. McCallum must've had as a teacher at Armstrong High School? Given the outpouring of support and how people have been talking about him, he seemed to be a truly committed educator who touched a lot of lives. Just thinking about the role he played in the lives of his students and how his influence might have spread. It must have been such a shock for the students and staff when they first learned about what happened. I've heard that former students and colleagues gathered to honor his memory; does anyone know if there was a specific tribute or event held in his name? I think it would be so meaningful for those who were inspired by him to have a place or occasion to remember his contributions to their lives. Keeping his family and everyone who knew and loved him in my thoughts.
