Hey folks, I've been following Quan Harris's case for a while, and it got me thinking about the locations surrounding the crime scene. Westover Hills Boulevard - what can we say about the area back in 2011? From my understanding, it wasn't necessarily the quietest neighborhood, but did it have any history of similar incidents around the same time? I wonder if maybe there were witnesses who might’ve seen someone suspicious but didn't think much of it. Sometimes people are in the wrong place at the wrong time and notice something without realizing its importance. I truly hope that individuals who might remember that night can come forward and provide any details, no matter how minor they seem. Quan's family deserves answers, and every piece of information could be crucial to the investigation. My heart goes out to Monica, Laketa, and Burnetta. Let’s hope for some progress in finding justice for Quan. Sending thoughts and strength to everyone involved.
