I've been following the David Barclay Miller case from 1998, and I'm particularly intrigued by the terrain he was last seen in. Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness is no joke, with its rugged trails and unpredictable weather patterns. I'm wondering if anyone has insights into specific hazards that hikers might face there, especially around May when the weather can vary? It's such a vast area that even the most experienced hikers could potentially find themselves in trouble, especially if the conditions changed unexpectedly. Could he have planned his route near any particularly dangerous areas? Maybe someone who has hiked there knows more about that region's specific challenges. I hope more awareness brings new leads.
