Has anyone delved into the DNA evidence found on the bag with Lyle McMurtray? It's chilling to think about the circumstances that led to his death. I can't stop thinking about how his DNA was mixed with Montrio Santos Neville's on that bag of heroin. While we know Neville was convicted of distributing heroin, it’s troubling that he walked free on the conspiracy to commit murder charge. The DNA evidence seems like it could have been pivotal, yet here we are. This whole situation just weighs on my mind. Lyle was so young, with his whole life ahead of him, trying to help bring justice by standing against Xavier and Thomas Hopkins. It's a risk that sadly cost him his life. I can’t imagine the pain his family must be going through. I hope justice, in some form, finds its way to those truly responsible. Any insights into how the DNA evidence got handled or why it wasn't stronger in court would be appreciated.
