Does anyone else find it particularly sad how Carrington's 8-year-old son is the silent victim in all of this? It's important that we remember the little ones who suffer in situations like these—they often get overlooked in the media coverage. I hope he's surrounded by supportive family members who can help him navigate through this unimaginable pain and find a path to healing. It's a reminder of how deep the ripples of a tragedy can run through a family and a community. My thoughts go out to him and everyone else affected by this senseless act.
