Does anyone else think it's odd how Joseph Amble's case still hasn’t been solved after all these years? I was reading about the terrain around Deer Mountain, and it's no joke—it’s super remote and difficult to search, even with modern tech. But with all the attention from both local authorities and the FBI, I would've expected at least some new leads or clues by now. It makes me wonder if there’s something about the area or circumstances at the time that’s been overlooked. Plus, with all the tourists that pass through Ketchikan, surely someone must have seen something or heard a rumor that went unreported? If anyone out there hiked around there in the 80s, did you notice anything odd around that time or ever hear locals talk about Joseph’s case? Hoping to piece together anything that might help this family finally get some answers.
