Has anyone else wondered about the impact the river’s condition could've had? I mean, it's known those rapids can get pretty wild this time of year. Even experienced paddlers could struggle if caught off guard by those strong currents. I recall reading somewhere that the river can change quickly; maybe it just became too tricky to navigate?
