I recently came across Quincy's case and was struck by the lack of progress over the years. It's truly frustrating to see that such a vibrant person's life was taken so abruptly, and yet there aren’t many answers. I know his family must be enduring a painful wait for justice. It bothered me to read that multiple shootings occurred that morning. It makes me wonder if there could be a larger picture or if these incidents were related in any way. Maybe there are witnesses who saw something and didn't realize its significance. I hope people will come forward if they know anything, no matter how small it might seem. Quincy's family deserves to know what happened and why. If anyone here is from the Richmond area or has any insights, please share. We all want to see justice served, not just for Quincy, but for everyone affected that day. Sending my love to Quincy's family and friends.
