I can’t stop thinking about how the charges against Davis Turner IV were dropped. It just leaves me wondering how the system decides when there is or isn’t enough evidence. I’m sure the detectives and the prosecutors are doing their best, but it must be so heartbreaking for Dion’s family not to have full closure. Knowing one of the suspects didn’t face trial must be really tough for them. We have faith in the justice system, but cases like this remind us how complex it can be. My heart goes out to Dion’s loved ones—they deserve peace, and I wish the investigation brought them more clarity.
