I’ve been thinking a lot about the testimony given during the trial of James Henshaw. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of clarity around the events leading up to Deavon’s tragic death. From what I understand, there was a lot of back-and-forth between witnesses and discrepancies in their accounts. This must be so incredibly frustrating for Deavon’s family, especially when they’re desperately searching for answers and some form of justice. The support from the community has been a bright spot, really showing how important it is to stand together in tough times. But I can't help but feel that the justice system is letting Toni Jacobs and her family down. The decision to release Henshaw on bond seems so unfair, considering the pain and loss the Jacobs family has already endured. I really hope the next steps in the legal process bring the clarity and closure they need. Sending love and support to the Jacobs family. ? Let’s hope for strength and justice for them.
