I'm still trying to wrap my head around the tragic events involving Corey David Hunter. Something that really stood out to me was the jury's quick deliberation—less than 40 minutes. It seemed almost too swift for such a complex case involving a life lost and claims of self-defense. I understand that they might have found the defense's argument compelling, but I keep wondering if everything was thoroughly considered. My heart goes out to Corey's family during this difficult time. Losing a loved one is a pain like no other, and I hope they find some peace eventually. Also, it's disheartening to think about his kids and how this will forever shape their lives. Just so, so sad.
