I recently came across Lorenzo Dinkins' case, and it’s been heavy on my heart. What's been really getting to me is how Lorenzo's passion for music and community involvement seems almost forgotten amidst the details of his tragic death. Those who knew him say he was an amazing musician, often playing at local events, and he was even thinking about teaching music to kids. It’s hard to comprehend how a life so full of promise and talent could be cut short in such a senseless manner. Does anyone know if there have been any community events held in his honor or maybe in support of the investigation? I feel like keeping his spirit alive through music or gatherings might not only honor his memory but also keep the dialogue going. This case still being unresolved is just a painful reminder that there’s no closure for his loved ones yet. If there’s anything happening, I would love to be a part of it or at least help spread the word. It’s baffling that there haven't been any major leads, and as a community, we need to keep pushing for answers. Lorenzo deserves that justice, and his family deserves peace.
