Does anyone else remember the candlelight vigil held for Quentin Robinson back in 2018? I was going through some old photos and found a picture from that evening. The turnout was quite large, and it was heartening to see how loved Quentin was by so many people. The community really came together to honor him and show support for his family during such a devastating time. I think events like these underscore how important it is for us to support each other, especially when tragedy strikes so close to home. It was a beautiful, albeit somber, reminder that we must remain united against the violence that continues to plague our neighborhoods. It's a shame we still don't have answers about what truly happened that night, but I believe that Quentin's memory lives on in everyone who showed up that evening. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends—hopefully, they find the closure and justice they deserve someday. Stay safe out there, everyone.

It's been over five years since Quentin Robinson's life was tragically cut short, and his family still doesn't have the answers they deserve. I can't even begin to imagine the pain they must feel every day. I read somewhere that there were other residents in the Washington Park area who heard the gunshots that night. It makes me wonder if there are witnesses who might have seen something or someone suspicious but haven't come forward yet. The fear of retaliation is real, but I keep hoping that with the passage of time, anyone with information might find the courage to speak up. It's so important for the community to support each other and the authorities in solving cases like Quentin’s, not just for justice, but to try and prevent this from happening to another family.

I've been following the case of Quentin Robinson, and it's truly upsetting to see how little progress seems to have been made with bringing his killers to justice. One aspect of this tragedy that stands out to me is the toll it must take on Quentin's family and friends, who are left in the dark about who did this to their loved one. It’s unimaginable to think about the pain they're going through with so few answers over the years. The fact that the community reacted with such a strong push for action says a lot about the kind of person Quentin was and how deeply his loss was felt. I can only hope that their calls for justice will eventually lead to a breakthrough in the investigation. It’s a reminder of how crucial it is for anyone with information to step forward, however small it might seem. Keeping Quentin and Herbert Carter’s families in my thoughts. They deserve closure, and hopefully, the renewed attention from the public can help move this case forward.
