I was just thinking about how eerie it must be for the residents in the Providence Park neighborhood right now. Knowing that Leon Chandler II was senselessly killed right on Meadowbridge Road is unsettling. I can’t even imagine how his family must be feeling, with the case still unsolved more than five years later. It's as if time has moved on for the world, but they're still stuck in that moment, searching for answers. I truly hope that someone who knows something comes forward soon. No family should have to live without closure. This community really needs to band together and help provide the information needed for the police to solve this tragic case. My thoughts are with Leon’s loved ones.

It's such a challenging thing, seeing cases like this go unsolved. The community must be aching for justice alongside his family. If anyone who lived in that area remembers anything from that night, even the smallest detail, it could be a piece of the puzzle investigators need. The increased police presence in the area is slightly reassuring, but it’s still unnerving to think the person responsible hasn’t been brought to justice.
