Has anyone else looked into Spencer David Gogue's tattoos as a possible lead? Since Spencer had a tribal band on his wrist and an Indian head with a braid on one shoulder, I'm wondering if these unique tattoos were ever documented and shared widely enough with shelters and local organizations. Tattoos can be pretty distinctive, and they might help identify him, especially given his limited communication abilities. With his case being entered into NamUs only in 2024, there might be new databases or resources that weren't available back in 2014. Maybe some of you local to LA have seen something similar or know of places where his tattoos might be recognized? It feels like even small details could make a big difference in finding some answers. Thoughts?
