Has anyone looked into the traffic patterns or surveillance footage in the area around the time Jaquon Mitchell was shot? With it happening in the eastbound lanes right at that intersection, I wonder if there might be some businesses nearby with cameras that could have caught something. Intersection cameras might also hold vital clues, even more so if they have timestamps. It just seems like such a key piece of the puzzle that could help the detectives, especially if someone was seen fleeing the scene or if there were any other cars around at the time. I'm sure Mitchell's family is desperate for answers, and anything we can do to help bring justice to them is so important. If anyone happens to have info or tips on how to access this kind of footage, it might be worth sharing with the Richmond Police. Every little bit helps in a case like this.

Has anyone else been following the Jaquon Mitchell case from Richmond? It's been over two years now, and I'm still struck by the lack of progress in the investigation. I attended the memorial service back in February 2021, and the sense of loss in the community was palpable. Jaquon had such a positive impact on those around him, and it's tough seeing his family and friends still seeking answers without much to go on. One thing that's been bothering me is the location of the incident—Fairfield Way at Mechanicsville Turnpike isn't exactly secluded, so you'd think there'd be witnesses or some surveillance footage that could lead to a suspect. Does anyone have any thoughts on why there might have been so little information released? I know there must be more to this story, and I'm hoping for some breakthrough soon. If anyone has any insights, even small details might help bring justice for Jaquon.
