Has anyone looked into how the activity in Shockoe Bottom impacts investigations like Kendall's? It's a lively area with lots of people around at closing time. I can't help but think that someone must have seen or heard something that night. I understand the challenges the police might face with all the movement and noise in such a busy neighborhood, but it’s hard to imagine no eyewitnesses or cameras didn’t catch anything useful. My heart goes out to Kendall’s family, especially his daughter. It’s unbelievable that this case hasn’t been solved yet. Maybe those who were in the clubs remember something, even if it seemed insignificant at the time. Someone must have a piece of the puzzle that could help bring justice for Kendall.
