I've been thinking a lot about the impact of alcohol on decision-making in this case. It's just so incredibly sad to think that Jessica's life was cut short because someone made the choice to drink and handle a firearm. One small decision with such devastating consequences. It makes me wonder if there were any earlier signs that Norwood might struggle with alcohol or impulsive behavior, and whether those around him were aware. Having grown up in a community not far from Bedford, I feel deeply for Jessica's family, especially her children who were in the car that night. It's terrifying to think of them witnessing something so traumatic. I hope they're surrounded by love and support as they navigate life without her. This tragedy highlights, yet again, how important it is to intervene if we see someone we care about heading down the wrong path. What a painful lesson for everyone involved. ❤️
