Pickens II in that area on High Street that night? Did they know each other, or was this truly a random act? I’ve been following the case of Brandon Edwards, and something that’s been on my mind is the lack of information about the motive behind this tragic event. Living in Portsmouth myself, I can tell you the High Street area is usually buzzing with activity, even late at night. It seems strange to me that no one saw or heard anything that could give us more insight into what led up to this. I truly hope that more witnesses come forward soon.
