I'm still coming to terms with what happened to Kavon. It's been over a year, and yet the shock still hangs heavy in the air. Every time I walk past his building, the bullet holes are hard to look at. It's such a stark reminder of how quickly and cruelly life can change. Kavon was one of those rare people who made you feel like you mattered, even if you were just an acquaintance. He had this light about him that made everything seem better, and he truly gave so much to his community. I keep thinking about his little girl, the future she's been robbed of with her dad, and how hard it must be for the family, especially his sister-in-law. She's been a pillar of strength, but this is a burden no one should have to carry alone. Despite everything, she’s been pushing for justice, and I deeply admire her resilience. It's frustrating that there hasn't been any progress in the investigation. It feels as though Kavon's story is at risk of becoming just another unsolved case, but I hope it doesn't lose momentum. The city really needs to come together on this one. Kavon deserves justice, and his family deserves peace. My heart aches for them, and I hope anyone who knows something, however small, finds the courage to speak up.

Hi everyone, I've been following Kavon Howard's case on and off, and I just can't stop thinking about his little girl. It's truly unimaginable what she went through and what she might have heard or seen. Knowing she was hit by a bullet at such a tender age is beyond disturbing. Children are resilient, but this early trauma is bound to impact her life, and it weighs heavy on my heart. It's baffling to me how there haven't been any breakthroughs in the investigation. I really feel for Kavon's family, especially his sister-in-law, who must be struggling to help this poor child heal while dealing with their own loss. Is there anything more the community can do to support them? I can't imagine facing that kind of tragedy and not having answers. Hoping someone out there can shed light on what happened that night. Thinking of Kavon's family and hoping they find the peace and justice they deserve soon.
