I've been following the developments in Deonta Flythe Jr.'s case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends. It's been over a year, and it must still feel like yesterday for those who knew him. One aspect I'm curious about is the lack of footage or witnesses, given the time and the number of shots fired. It's odd to me that in a neighborhood setting, with that level of commotion, there aren't more eyewitnesses or even security camera footage from nearby homes or businesses. The fact that his car crash was a part of the whole tragic event makes me think there must be some dashcam or nearby traffic cams that could have captured additional information. I wonder if those angles were thoroughly investigated or if there’s hope that someone might come forward with their footage now. It's just very frustrating to see this case not moving forward, and I really hope that people in the community feel empowered to speak up if they know or have anything that could help. Flythe's loved ones deserve some sense of justice and peace.
