Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic Portsmouth case, and my heart goes out to Ashley Merricks' family and loved ones. I can't help but feel frustrated alongside them as they seek justice after such a devastating loss. One thing that baffles me is the whole situation with Michael Canty's testimony. Witness testimonies can be so crucial in cases like this, but when there's inconsistency, it really raises questions, doesn't it? It's heartbreaking to think that this might be one of the reasons the accused weren't convicted. I just wish that more witnesses would step forward, so this case could finally be resolved. If anyone has any thoughts or updates, I'd love to hear them. We all just want to see some resolution for these families. Sending love and strength to all affected.
