It’s chilling to think that they were just going about their evening, probably thinking of heading home soon, when their lives were so brutally taken. I can’t stop thinking about the fact that this happened in a neighborhood convenience store—a place where people go every day without a second thought. It’s scary how random and senseless this violence is.
