This is such a devastating situation. My heart truly goes out to all the families impacted. I can't even begin to imagine the pain they're experiencing. I saw an interview with Quashira Garris, and it really stuck with me. Her father, Calvin Wood, seemed like he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The fact that he was a city custodian and not involved in any illegal activities himself makes this all the more tragic. It seems like he had a genuine connection to his community, and losing someone like that is a huge loss for everyone who knew him. It's so troubling how disputes over drugs can spiral into violence that affects innocent people. It's good to know that Interim Chief Goldsmith and the police are on it, but it's just heart-wrenching to see these things happen over and over again. I really hope the investigation brings out the truth so these families can get some semblance of closure. Anyone with any info, no matter how small it seems, should definitely reach out to help. These families deserve justice.
