I’ve been following P'Aris Mi-Unique Angel Moore's case over the past year and, like all of you, I still find it so difficult to wrap my head around this senseless tragedy. One thing that really struck me was how tight-knit and supportive the Hopewell community has been. It truly takes a village to come together in times of unspeakable loss, and the fact that community tips were instrumental in catching the suspects is a testament to that strength. I can’t help but think of P'Aris’s classmates and friends at Harry E. James Elementary School. It must be incredibly challenging for such young hearts to process losing someone who was undoubtedly a bright light in their lives. Knowing how much she loved making TikTok videos and spending time with her loved ones, I hope they remember all the joy she brought into the world. In a way, this case has shown me the power of community and how coming together, even in the darkest of times, can lead to justice. Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of P'Aris Mi-Unique Angel Moore, and I just can't shake off how brave and resilient her family and community have been through all of this. It’s a bittersweet moment knowing it took seven months to get some answers for her family. I also wanted to express my admiration for the local authorities. The Hopewell Police Department and the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office did an outstanding job staying focused and determined to bring justice for P'Aris. Even though the journey has been a long one, I hope that everyone involved in this case knows how much the community appreciates their hard work. Thinking of P'Aris, her family, and everyone who knew this sweet and vibrant little girl.
