I've been following the Diggs family case for quite some time now, and one aspect that really stands out to me is the lack of progress despite the advancements in forensic technology. It's incredibly frustrating to think that DNA sequencing and modern forensic tools could potentially offer new insights, yet they haven't been applied here. I can't even imagine the pain of the surviving family members who still don't have answers or justice. It's like their loved ones have been forgotten by the system. How can a case with so many lives affected remain unsolved for almost five decades? If anyone has any information on whether the case might see modern forensic re-evaluation, please share. This family deserves answers and closure.
Hey everyone,
I'm diving into the Diggs family case from 1975, and one thing that intrigues me is the fact that there were no signs of forced entry. It seems like whoever did this might have been someone known to the family. The thought that someone could gain the family's trust, only to betray them so horrifically, really weighs on my mind. I can’t imagine the betrayal and horror they must have felt in those last moments.
What do folks here think about this angle? Do you think it’s possible that advancements in forensic technology, if applied now, could uncover something about the suspect’s identity? It’s so frustrating that after all these years, justice hasn't been served. I hope that someday this case gets the closure it deserves, not just for the surviving family, but for the community that has been left with this lingering wound for nearly half a century.
Would love to hear others’ thoughts!
Stay safe,

Hi, everyone. I recently heard about the tragic Diggs family case from Teaneck, and it really struck a chord with me. I can't imagine the pain Wesley Diggs, Sr. must have felt, not only losing his family but also having to live with the weight of an unsolved case.
One thing that puzzles me is the lack of forced entry at the crime scene, which suggests that the murderer might have been someone the family knew. It’s unsettling to think someone close could betray their trust in such a horrific way. I wonder if investigators back then fully explored all possible connections through friends, neighbors, or anyone who might have been familiar with the family’s routines.
The fact that this case remains cold with today's technology is heart-wrenching. Can anyone here recall similar cases where a lack of forced entry was a significant clue, leading to a breakthrough much later on? Sharing insights or ideas might help keep this case alive in some way and perhaps offer peace to those affected.
Hoping for justice for the Diggs family,
Jess.
