Hi everyone, I came across something that's been puzzling me about Damien Matteaux’s case. From what we know, it seems like the authorities quickly ruled that Damien was the intended target, but I'm wondering why? I haven't seen much discussion on possible motives. Damien was so young and seemed to have a promising life ahead of him. What could have made someone want to harm him? I really feel for his family and friends who are left without answers. It's frustrating to think there might be pieces of the puzzle still out there that could help lead to justice for both Damien and Nyquese. Just thinking out loud here—could it have been more circumstantial or connected to someone he knew closely? The lack of a motive makes the whole situation even tougher for those who cared about them. Hoping that with time, someone comes forward with information that might illuminate what led to such a tragic incident.

I was reading about Damien Matteaux and Nyquese McCollum, and it's just so sad how abruptly their lives were taken.
