Has anyone else been thinking about the emotional impact on the Coogan family? I can’t even begin to imagine what they’re going through. Losing a loved one is hard enough, but to have it happen under such violent and sudden circumstances must be especially painful. I think it’s important that we remember Christopher as more than just his past mistakes. Those who knew him described him as someone who had the potential to turn his life around. Let’s keep his family in our thoughts and hope that they find some comfort and strength during this incredibly difficult time. Also, I hope the community can come together to support not just his family, but also those who are still processing the shock of what occurred so close to home. If anyone has ideas on how to do that or knows if any memorials or support initiatives are happening, please share.
