Hey everyone, I've been following Hakeem Brooks' case, and one thing that really stands out to me is how passionate he was about his hobbies. It’s clear that he was more than another statistic. His love for building model airplanes and cars shows he had the patience and creativity that few people truly appreciate. It's tragic to think of all the projects he must’ve left unfinished and the dreams he couldn’t pursue because of this senseless violence. Even though the case hasn’t moved forward, let's remember him for what he loved and shared with his son, Khalif. It’s heartbreaking that Khalif has to grow up without his dad, and I hope the community remains supportive of Hakeem’s family. With so little information available, it’s all the more important that we keep his memory alive and continue pressing for justice on his behalf. Sending thoughts to his family and hoping they find peace and closure soon. Take care, everyone.
