I've been following the tragic events of that weekend in Newark, and my heart truly goes out to Zaire Williams' family. One aspect of this that really puzzles me is how the authorities were unable to link the shootings despite them occurring so close together. With incidents happening just blocks apart and within hours, it feels like there should be some kind of connection, right? I get that investigations are complex and take time, but it’s so frustrating that despite the increase in police presence and the community's call for justice, we still seem to be in the dark about these horrific events. I'm hoping that someone will come forward with information soon. The people in Newark deserve peace, and most importantly, the families of those lost, like Zaire, need answers and justice. Fingers crossed that the Crime Stoppers’ reward helps bring some crucial tips to the surface. Stay strong, everyone.
