Has anyone looked into how Cephas managed to leave the state after the shooting? It seems wild that someone could just vanish across state lines after such a serious crime. I've read that he was apprehended in Georgia about a month after the incident, but I'm really curious about the process authorities used to trace him. Was it tips from civilians, or were there clues he left behind that helped track him down? I can only imagine how hard it must have been for Richard's family and friends during that time, knowing the person responsible was not yet in custody. I hope they received support and comfort from the community through this difficult period.
