I can't shake the feeling of sadness thinking about little Nellie's life cut so short and the circumstances surrounding it. It's haunting to think that she was likely celebrating her birthday just before this tragedy took place. I wonder if anyone in their life saw any warning signs in Michael's behavior but didn't realize how serious the situation was until it was too late. It makes me question how we can better support families dealing with mental health struggles and prevent these horrific outcomes. My heart goes out to the family and friends left behind, grappling with the shock and sorrow. I hope this tragedy can shed light on the importance of addressing mental health issues early on, and maybe even prevent another family's heartbreak.
