I've been following the Stasko case for a while now, and I can't shake off the eerie feeling about the whole thing. It's so unsettling how everything seemed so normal from the outside—festive decorations and presents just sitting there, untouched. What strikes me the most is the hidden turmoil that must have been going on within those four walls, unbeknownst to friends and family. It's hard to wrap my head around how someone could resort to such extreme measures without any outward indication of distress. Was Michael truly hiding something that spurred this tragic event? Sometimes I wonder whether we really ever know what's happening in someone's personal life, or if there were warning signs that might have been overlooked. My heart goes out to Melissa's brother and anyone else who knew the family. I can't even begin to imagine the helplessness and sadness they must feel, having lost loved ones in such a devastating way. It just goes to show how complex and fragile human relationships can be, and how crucial it is to check in on each other beyond just surface appearances. Does anyone else have thoughts or insights on this?
