Has anyone else been keeping up with the ongoing investigations into the unsolved homicides in Plainfield from 2016? I’ve been especially moved by Shavaun Green's case. It’s unsettling to think it's been over seven years without answers for his family. ? I’ve noticed how the community rallied with anti-violence initiatives in response to the tragic loss of multiple lives that year, which is truly admirable. But it’s disappointing that despite these efforts, and the $10,000 reward on the table, there isn't any solid lead or arrest. I keep wondering if there’s more we can do to support families like Shavaun's, whose grief is compounded by not knowing who is responsible. Maybe if we keep discussing it here and spreading the word, someone might stumble upon new information or remember something from that night. We need justice for Shavaun and the other victims, and I hope that with more awareness, some breakthroughs might happen. ?️?
