Has anyone else been thinking about the community response in the wake of Gabby Hill-Carter's tragic passing? It's really touching to see how everyone in Camden came together to honor her life and push for justice. The fact that the reward for information went from $12,000 to $76,000 speaks volumes about how determined people were to see justice served. It’s just so heartening to see neighbors, who are constantly battling the fear of violence, standing in solidarity and taking a stand against what’s happening in their community. I can’t imagine the pain her family went through, but seeing everyone come together for the candlelight vigil must have given them some comfort. It's a reminder that, even in the darkest times, there's still so much compassion and unity out there. I hope Gabby's story continues to inspire change in Camden and spark more conversations about how to prevent these senseless acts of violence.
