Hi everyone, I’ve been following Ronald Walker’s case for a while, and I just can’t stop thinking about his kids. Losing a parent in such a violent way is unimaginable. I remember reading how he was devoted to his children and trying to build a future for them—how heartbreaking it must be for them to grow up without him. I hope they’re receiving all the support they need from family members and the community. The legal twists and turns the case has taken must add to the strain on them, especially with the possibility of a whole new trial. I can't even begin to understand the rollercoaster of emotions they must have experienced with each trial and appeal. It's like a wound that keeps getting reopened. If anyone has any updates on support systems in place for victims' families in situations like this, it would be great to know. Maybe there's a way we can help too.
