I’ve been following Marcus Campbell’s case and something that keeps sticking with me is the location of the shooting—the Woodlands Condominiums. It's really unsettling because this area isn't exactly new to violence, especially considering what happened at the Hamilton Mall just days before. It's like the communities around there are living in a constant shadow of fear. My heart goes out to Marcus's family, who must feel burdened not only by their loss but by the lack of answers. It seems like this neighborhood's becoming a hub for such tragedies. Does anyone who lives in the area have any insights on what the community environment is like now or if there have been any grassroots efforts to promote safety and solidarity? I just hope something will spark a change to prevent more lives from being turned upside down by violence.
