Hey folks, I've been following Raheem Jenkins' case and wanted to touch on something that's been on my mind. It seems like his murder, sadly, hasn't been resolved even with all the investigative efforts made by law enforcement at the time. It’s baffling to me that, despite progress in other homicide cases around Newark, his remains unsolved. It's got to be incredibly difficult for Raheem's family and friends to not have closure or answers after all these years. I’ve been thinking about how the community's response was really a call for change. People were not only mourning Raheem's loss but also showing an urgency to address the underlying issues of gun violence and safety in Newark. It's a painful reminder of the constant struggles in areas with high crime rates. Maybe there’s hope in the future with more advanced investigative techniques, but in the meantime, I hope the community’s call for justice leads to meaningful change. My thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy. If anyone has insights or even theories, please share. The more we talk about it, maybe the closer we get to some form of resolution.
