I was digging through some old missing persons cases and came across Jeffery Popa's file. It's frustrating how little information there is about his movements before he disappeared back in '92. I wonder if anyone in the Waianae area recalls seeing him around that time. It might be a long shot, but sometimes random memories can trigger important details. Given how few updates there have been, maybe someone knows something they might not even realize is significant. Anyone local to the area back then who might have some insight or remembers something out of the ordinary? It’s cases like these that remind us how crucial it is to keep these stories alive, just in case new info emerges.
