I’ve been following the case of Daren Joseph on and off since it first happened, and while I don’t know the family personally, my heart truly goes out to them. What keeps coming back to my mind is how close this tragedy happened to a major medical center. It's baffling to think that even in such a vicinity, where immediate help could presumably be on hand, it was already too late to save him. It just underlines the senselessness of the violence that day.
Reading about unsolved cases like Daren’s frustrates me, especially knowing that it could just take one person with crucial information to make a difference. I genuinely hope someone steps forward to help the investigators. We owe it to Daren and his family to not let this case collect dust. It’s upsetting to think about how many families in Trenton alone are left without answers. Let's hope 2023 brings some breakthroughs not just for this case, but for many others that need closure.
